Outdoor Dining on the Lake

Nothing better than mid-70s in early April. It was the perfect day on the deck at Emerald Point, just down the road from the Inn. If you've stayed with us before you know that it's a great restaurant and bar that's walking distance (just in case you decide to have a couple drinks). After all, if you're staying with us chances are you're here at the Lake for a little R&R.

Spa for Spring

Once again I've offered myself as a guinea pig for the sake of our guests. It's tough, but someone has to do it:) After a super busy week I finally took some time out for myself and went for a microdermabrasion session at Deirdre's Day Spa, which is right here on our little main street. To my surprise, Deirdre Rafferty, the owner, had formerly had a location in NYC then moved her business to downtown Greenwood Lake. I'm glad she did, because I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for the six-week plan in an effort to prep my skin for spring. I'm working on creating some spa & stay packages for the Inn.
